Searching For Products    
Type a product name or number into the search bar . You will then see a list of products relating to your query. Click on any of the links to see more details about that item. To narrow your search try the advanced search page. If you can not find a particular product using the search box, simply email us and we will try to stock the product for you.


Recommend to a Friend    
You can recommend any of our products to your friends by clicking on the 'Email Friend' link on the product detail pages. In the window that appears, you can provide your name, email and friend's name and email. Type any message for your friend and click "Recommend". We'll gladly send your message with a link to that recommended page to your friend.

Methods Of Payment    
We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal. Customers who choose to use PayPal will be charged an additional 5% handling fee on all orders. Except for Special Orders (e.g. Hardtops) and some Drop Shipments, we will not charge your credit card for orders which have not been shipped or otherwised .


Change My Order    
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.


Cancel My Order    
To cancel your order please call Northridge4x4 at (360) 340-0282. There will be a 5% order cancellation fee for all cancelled orders once they have been placed.

Back Orders    
Because we are a Master Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders, which have not been shipped.


Sales Tax    
Only orders shipped to an address in the State of Washington are charged a 8.6% Sales Tax.


Coupon Redemption    
If you have a coupon, you can redeem it on the last page of the checkout process. Simply enter the coupon number and hit "Submit". You will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.


Shipping Policy & Pricing    
Orders received before 12:00 (Noon) Pacific Time will ship the same business day on in stock items. Normal UPS shipping can be from 2 to 8 working days.

Tracking Numbers    
A tracking number is typically emailed to you once an order has been completed and shipped.  However, in the event an item is not in stock, Northridge4x4 may choose to have it shipped directly from the manufacturer so that it can be delivered to you as quickly as possible.  In this event, a tracking number will not be provided but if one is needed, we would be more than happy to obtain one upon request.


International Shipping    
Northridge4x4.com will ONLY ship to the United States and Canada.

All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. Northridge4x4 can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. Return Policy    
All returns require prior authorization, a 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandize with the exception to damaged goods or missing parts. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from Northridge4x4 within 7 days of receiving your merchandise in order for you to receive a cash refund. All returns after 7 days will only be eligible for an in-store credit. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy    
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
