Return Policy:

All of us at Northridge 4x4.com want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is simple.

All returns require prior authorization. Northridge 4x4.com will only accept new, unopened items for return. We are unable to accept ANY electrical item (Including Lights) for return, NO EXCEPTIONS.  An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number must be obtained from Northridge 4x4.com within SEVEN (7) Days of receiving your merchandise in order to receive a cash refund. Any return after SEVEN (7) days will be eligible for an in-store credit. No return received after 30 days will be accepted!

Simply download and complete our Return Merchandise Authorization form and contact Northridge 4x4.com at (360) 340-0282 to obtain an RMA. Securely package your item(s) for shipment and return the item(s) to us in new, unopened, re-sellable condition within 30 days from the date of shipment with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. We will refund the full purchase price if the above requirements are met, minus ANY shipping charges, which are not refundable. After receipt and inspection by Northridge 4x4.com, any part showing evidence of being: used, installed, modified, installed contrary to instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge up to a 30% restocking fee.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

While Northridge4x4.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Northridge4x4.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Northridge4x4.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Northridge4x4.com may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
