Features & Product Details
The TeraFlex Tuned Fox w/ Reservoir Rear Shock Absorber is the result of a wise partnership between TeraFlex and FOX Racing Shox. Together they created a lightweight Aircraft-grade aluminum shock body that is 6061-T6 aluminum and heat treated. This provides you with a long travel performance shock along with valving specific to TeraFlex that can handle the extreme and arduous demands that are required of a PreRunner. This TeraFlex Tuned Fox w/ Reservoir Rear Shock Absorber have been tested with the development team for Fox Racing Shox in the desert of Southern California which contributed to the development of the best performing race-ready shocks available on the market today. You will get the hard anodized aluminum body to prevent corrosion, impact forged body construction, and superior heat dissipation to other products on the market.
These shocks are pressure balanced so you have the best possible handling characteristics which can and will maintain maximum tire contact. The valve plates are velocity sensitive and you get Aircraft grade shock oil as well as 200 psi nitrogen gas charge for the best performance hot/cold temperature resistance properties that are second to none. You will also get an external remote reservoir that can help to separate the shock oil from your high-pressure nitrogen. That paired with the IFP (internal floating piston) will reduce cavitation and make the system more consistent.
Lift Heights are based off of Teraflex Suspension Kits only.
*NOTE - Due to varying lift heights we always recommend you measure the shock length you need to ensure proper fitment on your application*
