  can you keep your tarp on the bed while the rack is on or do you need to remove it(would be nice for the snow in the winter)

    A:  This wouldn't work with a hard bed cover, but with a soft one, you could make it work.

  Is it possible to raise and lower the rack to a different position with a roof top tent on it? (I realize it won't be easy but is it possible or do you have to loosen a lot of hardware to get it to align at a lower/higher position)

  Does this rack come with all the up graded parts as shown in the Northridge installation video for the price advertising?? if not do you have a different part # for the full package?

    A:  No it does not. This is just the rack, the other parts are additional upgrades that are available.
