Made out of 1/4 inch reinforced metal, the Rockhard 4x4 Parts Front Shorty Bumper is made with quality in mind. Made to withstand Rockhard, the bumper prevents small collisions from height differences between vehicles. The Rockhard bumper tapers down and back to protect the front cross frame, and if applicable, the sway bar disconnect unit. It offers supreme protection, without cutting of the factory frame. The winches are mounted on top of the bumper, accommodating factory fog lights. The fog lights are slightly recessed, protecting them from flying debris that can potentially damage them. Rockhard manufactured the Patriot Series so that it can withstand robust conditions. It's full width, higher covering, thick steel front bumper can make your vehicle more resilient in tough conditions. The rings on this bumper are 5/8in x 2 1/2in with the hole for 7/8in pin. Since it is a lowered winch mount, this Rockhard bumper will not get in the way of your grille space, especially when you compare to a flush, top mounted winch plate.

The quality of the Stubby is great. I had no trouble with install. No drilling or hammering. It's as strong as it looks. I liked the way it was packed and shipped no dings dents or scratches. I always want to be the first to bang something up. after six months of hard wheelin I would happily say I got what I paid for.
