After a long day of travelling or navigating some hairy situations on the trails, this 4-person roof top tent and annex combo makes pitching your camp fast and simple. With a foldout, lightweight design, the Vagabond XL is easily mountable with no mods necessary. Secure your equipment using the boot bags and gear hammocks. Comfortably crawl into bed using the 7.5’ telescopic aluminum ladder. Crafted with sturdy ripstop fabric, the tent and rainfly keep you well-protected from the elements. The 3” high-density foam mattress simulates the comfort of your bed at home, with an insulated base and anti-condensation mat. Enjoy a skylight and three windows that you can unzip to enjoy fresh morning air or sunset views.
Convenient folding design, with simple installation
ROAM’s Vagabond XL Tent is designed for your enjoyment and utility. The durable aluminum frame offers snow and wind resistance, and clear vinyl sunroof windows on the rainfly offer natural light while staying insulated from outdoor temperatures. Roll up straps keep the road cover neatly tucked away while the tent is set up. High-density foam mattress includes anti-condensation mat. Annex is made of the same material as the rainfly, and easily zippers to bottom of the tent. Annex also includes heavy-duty, laminated 600 GSM PVC floor. Universal mounting kit fits a variety of rigs. Install via aluminum extrusions on base with universal sliding brackets and bolts. XL cotton and waterproof sheets are sold separately.
Requires roof rack for installation. Minimum Cross-rail spacing (center-to-center) is 60”.

First night with our new RTT in the Alabama Hills!
Spent a week in the Alabama Hills just south of Bishop, CA and this RTT was remarkable. We felt more like we were glamping than ruffing it. The annex was a real surprise as when the winds picked up we were safe from the gusts. So many friends want to see it deployed, at home, in the parking lot at work and at the mall or supermarket. The name ROME makes a significant statement in their mind so people go home and look it up, then the hit me up to see it first hand.. So much room and a king size bed.Wonderful!
